About the Mlinzi Foundation

Mlinzi means protector in Swahili. The foundation funds programs that support children at risk across African countries, with a particular focus on young girls and women who face poverty, hunger, and a lack of access to education. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live at their full potential, and that those of us in a position of privilege have a responsibility to help create that opportunity for others.
